I’ve never felt truly myself being only one thing. Creativity has always flowed between different expressions, and ABE reflects that journey.
Alongside art and architecture, I create experiences where people can slow down, reconnect and explore creativity in new ways.
Art worshop
Creativity isn’t about painting the perfect picture—it’s about allowing yourself to explore, play and express without judgement.
My workshops are designed for everyone, regardless of experience. Through colour, intuition and simple creative exercises, you’ll discover that art isn’t about talent—it’s about giving yourself permission to create.
Whether you’re joining alone, with friends or as part of a group, each workshop offers a relaxed and inspiring space where creativity becomes a way to reconnect with yourself and others.

Sound bath
Sometimes the most meaningful experiences begin in silence.
Using crystal singing bowls, I offer immersive sound baths designed to invite deep relaxation, presence and inner calm. Gentle vibrations and harmonic frequencies create space to slow down, breathe and simply be.
Whether you’re new to sound healing or have experienced it before, each session is unique and offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself in a peaceful and supportive environment.
Private sessions, small groups and retreat experiences available on request.
